This issue continues the story of Morgana Pendragon, who having lost her magic when she fled England twenty years ago, leads a mercenary team wherever the best paycheck is. All that changes when she receives a message to return—her brother, King Arthur, is dying. The meeting with Arthur is tense, but nothing can really prepare her for the reunion with her openly hostile son, Mordred.
