My name is Jason Bennett (@TahoeJBennett across socials) and I am the owner of Comics Bodega & The Funky Flavor Podcast.
For 10 1/2 years, I have been a writer & chief editor for PopCultHQ, a pop culture media company that specializes in comics, cosplay, and convention coverage. Over that time, I have written & published over 11,000 articles – the majority of which specialized in promoting the comic book industry.
I am venturing into my own business to provide a more enhanced and focused site promoting and spotlighting indie comics, creators, and publishers w/ previews, reviews, interviews, and more.
I also founded PodCultHQ, a podcast for PopCultHQ, which has been rebranded as The Funky Flavor Podcast. Episodes will continue to highlight and feature comic book industry professionals.
