The members of the Pantheon have been patient, constructing a way to bring their massive mobile base to Earth and begin conquering. The Ninja Turtles would’ve been caught completely off guard if the Neutrinos hadn’t noticed a massive surge of interdimensional energy in Dimension X. They know a gigantic portal is about to open, and they know it’s not the Technodrome doing it!
