Following the events of issue #13, New York City Police Detective Sara Pezzini returns to work while her partner clings to life, still reeling from the world-shattering events of last issue and coming to grips with the new nature of the Witchblade.
In the City, a deadly serial killer is targeting the homeless, but the crime scenes reveal clues only Sara and the Witchblade can follow. How is a teenage conspiracy theorist involved in all of this, and will Sara be able to stop the killer before they strike again?
