Following a confrontation with a possessed young woman, Catholic priest Gigi Amato finds himself being sent to an island where the Vatican keep all of the long term possession cases under the charge of a gang of psychologically and emotionally bruised priests. The priests attempt to keep the madness of the island under control but dark forces are working against them from all sides as evil digs its nails into their spiritually poisoned, isolated home.
